Nicola Moran Celebrant
My Name is Nicola and I live in a beautiful little village in Kildare. I have a great love for meeting new people. I enjoy finding out about what interests people have in the many different personalities we come across in all our lives. I share my life with my Partner Ben and have been a carer for both my parents for over 12 years.
My interest in being a celebrant came from when I was asked by a childhood friend to be witness at his wedding. The Celebrant on the day was so real and unique to them it made the day very special. I began making inquiries as to how I could become a celebrant and took the path from there.
I feel people should have the freedom to have their day in their own personal way and so I find myself now in the wonderful position of being able to help them do just that.
Meeting the couples
I love my role of being a celebrant. The biggest joy I get in my life is meeting new people and hearing their stories.
When we meet initially i will be asking you about yourselves so I can get a feel of what it is you would like in your ceremony.
Then I go away and begin writing, crafting, and piecing together your personalised ceremony.
It makes me so happy in my work to be able to take on this role with pride and confidence. They say if you find a job you love you'll never work again.
